Panasonic Communications Assistant
Panasonic's own Software provides friendly power user functions when coupled with the NCP500/1000 Network platforms. The Communications Asistant (CA) provides different modules for different uses. A single site doesn't need to invest in a phone system server for CA application, as the CA can be deployed to desk tops direct from NCP500/1000 PABX System.

CA Pro What does it do to improve efficiencies for the general user. This tool provides visual presence, control of forwarding functions, multi party conferencing. Integrates to your outlooks personal contacts to allow more versatility. In short this desktop application enhances functionality of the desk phone and takes guess work out of managing feature codes.
Voice-mail Assistant Unified Messaging client helps visually check and listen to messages from the PC - either on the desk or from anywhere andis part of the CA Pro application and in conjunction with Panasonics matching Voice mail systems
